Workshop with designers learning the guidelines
The questions presented in MapCI Cards direct attention to basic aspects of designing information which are often overlooked. These questions can be used for educational purposes either with information design students or with information design professionals looking to gain specific knowledge in diagram creation. In both cases, learning these guidelines would increase information designers’ knowledge in the conceptual part of the process.
